Surprised at the price of the Deepcool ak620 but then i see the noctua dh-15.  Thank god for Thermalright and Scythe.

Picking the more expensive black or white editions of the TR PA120 makes them $52 which is eligible for free shipping from Amazon and cheaper than the lower-end models lol
