HELP! k7s5a MOBO!

can you guys pls help me out! i wd lyk to do a bios update for my k7s5a MOBO, wat update should i use, with or without LAN, coz sa box there's a sticker wch says "Modem/LAN:No/No" and yet there's a LAN port sa MOBO.

Actually sabi nya may LAN port daw sa mobo nya. That is why I suggest that he use the bios for the mobo w/ LAN.

There is a possibility that your mobo will become a 2000+ paper weight. ^-^

so wat should i do then?

in the bios there's an option to disable the OnBoard AC'97 Modem, aside from the OnBoard AC'97 Sound

and there's also a lan port  on it.

pls help me out guys!

update it with the BIOS with LAN.

what's important is that you have physically determined that your mobo has a physical LAN port.

right! no use fiddling with the LAN settings in the BIOS if there's no LAN port to begin with.
