i tried tracking the package in LBC's website but it said that i entered an invalid number so i called their hotline and and was put on hold for a few minutes until a csr picked up the line, so after answering a couple of questions (name, address, etc.) she put me on hold again for a few minutes to track the package. when she got back she told me that they have the record of the package but they could not locate the package at the moment, wtf! again she put me on hold and after what seemed to be an eternity she told me to call back after 30mins. after about an hour i called back gave the csr the number and thank god they located the package which they say is still at the branch where you sent it and i should call for an update tomorrow.
