in a thousand years, our heads will increase with the need for more brain capacity, our bodies will thin because our machines do the work for us, and our skin will become pale due to lack of exposure to sunlight that has been being harvested via dyson sphere.

in short, we'll become like the grey aliens.

I signed up for LinkedIn to get noticed by would be employers...
Instead, I'm getting noticed by real-estate agents, insurance agents, and sales agents. Now I dread clicking invitations to connect.

So an unexploded Tallboy was finally (unintentionally) detonated in Poland
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e-5_-r1t_Og

And a guy from The War Zone notices this 1945 footage that shows two Tallboys being used to bomb a German ship (around 0:53). We can see one of the bombs splashing in and failing to explode:
https://youtu.be/vt4iqwkTJkQ?t=53

So we have footage of the same bomb going into the river in 1945, *and* being exploded 75 years later!

Already typed this here but I think this could go in the Awesome Thread too.

with so many people going to online shopping, so as scammers.

I think this will be like those sdcard scams. I'd like to try but a 3k lesson is too expensive for me.

What's interesting is some even have 5-star ratings which I suspect are either:
Not so tech savvy buyers who immediately rate the products without thoroughly checking if they got their money's worth
Or

Paid hacks who post fake positive feedback.

i think this one. one of my first purchases in Lazada was a 32 inch TV from Ace (not the hardware store). people gave it high marks but i found the sound annoying and it's not even true HD.

Some people have low standards. Basta "delivered on time" at "gumagana naman" masaya na sila.

well, sakin naman i do not expect it to be at par or better than the original products.  im aware that what im buying is a cheap copy.  i actually get surprised when i get a product that works better than the original.  recently, i bought a glue gun worth 80pesos.  its actually working better than i expected.  and there was a review by a buyer that the glue gun is the best bang for buck one being sold in shopee.  nasa mga pics pa nya yung loob nung glue gun which showed that the hard plastic is of high quality.  im actually more concerned with buying the originals with lower than expected quality

Sulit naman so far yung generic light pad (pang transfer ng drawing), imitation tripod, plant seeds (plantito in da house lol) at KZ ZSN earphones na nabili ko.

Also, tuwa ako sa Fully Booked. After more than a  month wala pa rin.

After less than a week, meron na.

Nung nakuha ko, kinuhanan ko ng picture with receipt as evidence na binili ko via Lazada at nagpasalamat ako sa Fully Booked sa Facebook. Sana next time na may gusto ako item na wala sila accommodate uli request ko.
