Grab deliver.
Enter your address as recipient and the Makati address as sender. There's a part in the app where you specify what is being delivered (document, food, etc.). and the weight. You decide if it will fit in a motorbike or a car is needed.

You can try filling up the detail in the app (without finalizing it) just for you to get an idea how it will cost.
Tip lang sa address i-note mo or, if you can, use a location closest to you na pwedeng i-pin sa Waze or Google Maps para madali nilang mahanap address mo. Mahirap nang maligaw ang rider lalo't food yan 'kamo.

thanks for the tip!

ASUS price drops:

2080S/2070S seems like the best deal if you really wanna blow money on a GPU before 3070 arrives.

lots of decent/great chifi, qkz vk4 is around 500 and kz zsn pro for a bit over 500

salamat!

So bummed that I lost around P15k (bought a 2070S roughly 2mos ago), but those who plonked fro them 2080S had it worse.[/size]

It's not as if your framerates suddenly cut in half or card stopped working because 3000 series came out right?

Unless you were planning to buy->sell->upgrade when you bought your gpu, in which case, too bad.

Yup, totally with that. I'm good with this purchase naman, coming from a GTX 980. There is just that lingering thought lang (mostly from a friend who likes to rub it in, hehe) na I could've waited for a couple months, that I let nerd rage slip again, stuff like that.

And selling the 2070S would just embroil me in a lot of troll engagement, to which I'd rather not.

The RTX 3080 Benchmarks... do they even come close to expectations?

It's great compared to the 1080ti, owners of those or older cards should upgrade.

100% increase over 2080 in RTX Quake II!

But unless CPUs make a major leap forward it seems like you have to be playing at 4k to really get the most of it.
3070 is probably going to be good enough for me and my 1440P monitor.

Hopefully the older cards should drop in price...

Found this meta-review post over at /r/nvidia.

https://www.3dcenter.org/news/geforce-rtx-3080-launchreviews-die-testresultate-zur-ultrahd4k-performance-im-ueberblick

Almost 100% performance increase over the 1080Ti.

XBox seems awesome, especially their financing+game pass deal. It's basically buying the console on a loan and paying negative interest, or like getting a phone from your carrier and paying less over 2 years than what it would have cost upfront.

Jensen should have marketed the 3080 as 2x the perf of the 1080 Ti instead of claiming that it's up to 2x of 2080 in the 30-series announcement back in September 1. They set expectations too high for the 3080, now it seems a bit underwhelming with it being only about 60% faster than the 2080 when the third party reviews came out.

Nonetheless, the 3080 still offers an awesome, once in a blue moon generational jump with excellent perf/watt and good price to performance ratio overall. (Provided you can buy one and at a reasonable mark up retail price)

I'll probably defer my GPU upgrade next year and see how this all plays out before pulling the trigger.

^ That's what I'm thinking too. Samsung 8nm (10nm++) is still a bit of a power hog and we all know there's going to be a refresh next year (always has) before a new generation two years later.

I'm hoping that refresh will be on TSMC 7nm (hopefully by then they'd have filled out GA100 orders) or Samsung will have their 7/6nm node ready.

RIP Comic Quest

I've decided it was time to copy the contents of the CD-Rs and DVD-Rs I've accumulated over the years to my HDD backups for good measure before the eventual disc rot sets in and lose the data forever.

I'm pleasantly surprised that most of these discs are still fully readable despite a number of them being around 15-20+ years old and I bought them from cheap blank disc specialist stores like CDR-King and the like back in the day.

Now I'm mulling to invest in a blu ray writer and a pack of those Verbatim (Mitsubishi Kagaku Media) 100GB M-DISC archival blu ray recordables as a reliable and permanent storage solution.

since coming from a GTX1080 the jump to the 3080 is pretty good. But honestly, for 1440p gaming those who are using 2080s or ti shouldnt really have any reason to upgrade. On the 10 series however the jump is very much welcome. I was getting 51fps on Div2 and now getting 130fps on ultra and with geometry set to 100. Coupled it with just the 3700x for now since I'm curious with the zen3 performance later on.

In short, 1080p gaming, 3080 is too much, wait for the 3070
1440p gaming 3080 gives a good headroom but increase over the 2080ti isnt as big compared to 4k gaming.

1080p gaming with ray tracing = rtx3070?
