if the motherboard has a PCIe port (the GT520 can be a PCI part) then yes, it is compatible, be aware of the dimension of your PC as many newer graphics card is big

take for example my case, it is a slim type and can't fit any graphics card with a power connector so I have to cut a hole.

^ sometimes it's a crapshoot. With a new card on some of these really old motherboards it sometimes turns into a UEFI vs non-UEFI issue.

I've had issues running an RTX card on an old Gigabyte X79 motherboard (that had a UEFI BIOS), but it worked with a Dell Alienware one (ironically one that had the old-style GUI).

If possible to borrow to test before buying it would probably be for the best.

It does have x16 PCIe port and it is where that Gt520 is inserted. Am I right tho? Haha. I run cpu-z and it says x16. Maybe I am. And I'm afraid you're right about it. I have a slim CPU Case that got me worried that it wont fit not only the cable but the whole gpu.

Never tried it with gpu. However since i only got the i5 2400 and tried to use the i5 3470 on my other pc. My pc wont boot up. Does it mean it's not compatible with the motherboard?

Might need to update BIOS. H61 was released before Ivy Bridge so if you've never updated it might not support the newer CPU.
