MS Word Prints Half Pages

she said that MS Word (latest daw, so 2016?) has been causing text tome be printed only on half the paper. see the pics for example.








any ideas how to fix that? thanks!

Assuming that ruler is in cm, then her text is only taking up 12.5 cm width of a page.

check the page size in layout tab and verify it's set to letter size and re-adjust the text layout before printing.

Check print settings...

paper size might not be selected properly... (looks like an A5 or A6 paper size)

then make sure to check "scale to fit media"...

Baka naka 2-in-1 printing?

not sure pa. di pa daw na naaasikaso eh. busy pa daw from work at family.

nag reply na. yung 3 suggestions daw sinubukan na nya, pero kalahati pa rin print. sa ngayon convert to pdf then print ginagawa nya.

These are the ruler units of measurement in Inches and Centimeters for a typical Letter size document




Clearly it's not the same for the document that she's trying to print...



If the document isn't personal and confidential in nature, maybe she can provide a link where I can download a copy of this exact file so I can check its properties.
