the age has come to talk about digital projectors, their becoming affordable & better. when someone mentions projectors we go meh, those white washed pictures that you see in the office meetings no way! lol, but with the advent of digital/ LED/ DLP projectors the game has changed - bye bye TV (sometime later)
my real plan was to get a Xiaomi 49" LED TV, the pictures & movies where stunning, in the catalog but when i went to the Xiaomi shop here in dongguan where the place was well lit, i got a little disappointed then that same day my friend got an Xgimi Z4 Aurora & I was blown away by it's performance. Small, light carry anywhere 300" TV lol
So I got the Xgimi Cc, portable, 8 hours battery life, JBL speakers & and a few decent specs, I almost got the H1 but it isn't for mobility but is the top of the line from Xgimi also TI's 4K DLP will soon become mainstream so I guess I'll just wait for that one.
initial test, pardon the mess as I was very excited to set it up lol
pics/ movies seem to be fine even in a lightly deemed room - your eyes will adjust for sometime
sound is also ok but kinda weak in some movies even at full volume, will do more testing. BTW this is chinese version & the international version they say is about $100 more because of some UL/CE blah blah markings & regulatory requirements.
look ma, no plugs

lights on

lights of in room, bathroom light on (left side) 160~180" i guess

all lights off

movie night became longer, pictures are much better than the one taken here by a phone cam
