depende yan sa kailangan mo...

but first and foremost... if kailangan accessible yung server sa internet then you need a static public I.P. address
so kailangan pang business yung internet account mo para mabigyan ka ng mga telco ng static IP.

then secondly, be prepared to add 300 to 500 pesos per month sa electric bill mo if you're going keep the server running 24/7

thirdly, in terms of hardware... if you're going to use Windows Server 2008/64 - you need, at least, 8GB of RAM to keep the server running smoothly. I do not recommend Windows Server 2003 now kasi EOL na siya... so you won't be able to download the necessary updates from Microsoft to plug the bugs in the original version. Windows Server 2003 in its original state is very vulnerable to hacks and exploits.
