Stress Test programs

I want to stress test my dad's Q6600 machine. It hangs hard on Guild Wars 2 even on just one memory stick and I feel that his old GF210 runs kinda hot. But of course since I'm running GW2 on it, the video card gets really stressed
I want to test the memory and processor subsystems to validate if it's a memory issue. He's got 4 DDR2 modules right now. Two are 1GB and two are 512mb. I'm downloading MemTest and Prime95. I'm oldschool so maybe there are newer/better programs to use?

I'm going to leave that system running for now under 100% cpu and memory. It's still holding out. Funny how just 5 minutes of Guild Wars 2 takes it down, though. System is not overclocked.

Try running AIDA64's stress tests simultaneously.
Also, for the gpu, I suggest you run all the benchmark tests that you know, one is more stressful than the others in a specific department.

I'll try OCCT later. The system would not hang with Prime95 and MemTest. I am thinking of removing the GeForce video card and use the onboard video to discount the video card crapping out.

What I do:
For stable CPU Overclock:
Prime95 - no errors for at least 8 hours
Intel Burn Test - no errors for 20 runs
no problems with day-to-day use
for stable GPU/VRAM Overclocks:
3DMark - no crashes or artifacts
Heaven Benchmark - same as above
no problems with games

Prime95 is the best application for this, it has loads of settings for all sorts of tests

Prime95 couldn't get it to crash but 5 minutes of Guildwars 2 does. Go figure.
