Where to buy these thermal pads/thermal tapes? Or if there's any place to get them, how about copper shims?

Found a couple of sellers in sulit and tipidpc but have yet to find copper shims for the dimensions I need. I will be using them on the PS3 RSX and Cell processors so the sizes should be 43x43mm and 41x41mm.

Camshow has ramsinks pack which include 1x copper plate, approximately 2mm thick and size of a processor. For custom, I think you can ask some TPC moders to make one. That's what they usually do for custom H2O setup.

Tried a couple of other shim sellers but they don't offer custom sizes.
I'm thinking of lapping the PS3's IHS but am wary of destroying it.
