From the awesome thread:

Asus said the box is intended to allow PC enthusiasts to get their new computers up and running quickly while they search for the perfect case.

"Some people spend a long time looking for a case, so this box is all they need until they find something," said Lee.

Asus gives it a lifetime of at least a year.

Guys, I have updated the qualifications thanks to your suggestions:

Qualifications:

1. the cost of the whole PC should be no greater than P20,0000
2. the OS is not computed with the price
3. CD/DVD ROM Drive is optional since digital downloads are available
4. if possible, cite where you got the prices from
5. with the recommended specs modern games should be able to run acceptably.

I think "modern games" needs clarification... maybe some sample of game titles has to be mentioned.
