Try searching within TipidPC's IFS section. I think Php 600 would be a bit too low for a 2nd-hand working version of this board. Most likely Php 800-1000 should net you one though.

I also just changed a friend's defective AOpen motherboard (Intel 865PE chipset) a few weeks ago with an Intel D865PEMA motherboard (also Intel 865PE chipset). It cost Php 1,100 though from someone in TPC. Since the D865PEMA doesn't include a LAN port onboard, the seller gave me a 3Com 10/100 LAN PCI card to go with the board (included with the price).

The Intel D865PEMA board looks really quite good -- it uses all Japan branded capacitors (Rubycon, Nichicon), even the smaller capacitors on this board are Japan-caps. The caps near the processor use polymer capacitors. The upgrade I did for my friend's system went smoothly (Windows XP redected some devices, but didn't need to reinstall Windows since it basically used the same Intel 865PE chipset).  The only thing needed to install was the LAN card driver and the Sound card driver (Intel D865PEMA uses ADI Soundmax).
