Bought this unit last April 2010 at Sights and Sounds ( Edsa Shangrila ) as a package with the LCD TV.
Not using it anymore because I now have a SEPARATES Home Theater system.
Unit is still in Mint Condition. No more packaging materials but still with warranty from the store until April 2011.
