How do I load balance my laptop's 2 eth interface?
« on: February 01, 2010, 09:14:35 am »
In our office, we have 2 leased lines, from different ISPs. One is routed via regular wired ethernet, the other is connected to a wireless router.

It's possible to connect to both and have both adapters enabled in Windows. The question is, if both are enabled, is it possible to have windows load-balance it across the 2 connections?

nic teaming is still vendor specific, you'd have to use two identical models to enable it.

or as friendlyfire pointed out, you could suggest the use of load-balancing routers.
