Beechcraft TC-90s, 5 were supposed to be leased as it was against Japanese law to sell or give away military equipment to other armed forces, but all of them were given away for free instead when the law was changed.

They will not send. They gave it away but we will have to fix it up and ship back to the Philippines (like the ships and planes from Korea and the US).
