Adobe premeiere 6.0
The best in town. All requirements you need are there.
But if you prefer simpler or basic ones, try MGI videowave or Virtualdub (w/c is a free open source prog.

I, myself, use Premiere for editing only. W/c is AVI as outpu

Adobe Premiere nga is the best! But it takes time for beginners to learn

Anong version na ba yung MGI videowave now? Haven't used it for quite sometime
