Ayun, mukhang naka-transparent proxy ka nga. Am on Globelines DSL and it happens to me sometimes. My solution is to keep on renewing my address until I get the one na hindi naka-TP.
Can you do this:
1) Login to your router and take note of your WAN IP address.
2) Open your web browser and point it to
www.whatismyip.com.
3) Compare the results. Are they different?
If they are, then release and renew your IP address on the router WAN port until you get an IP address which shows similar results when viewed from
www.whatismyip.com.
Failing this, then there may be routing problems (or other) at your ISP network right now, which is wreaking havoc on normal network services.
