u can try epox 4g4a. 1.6a to 2.6MHZ. it supports ddr333, unofficial nga lang. teh good thing about it is that you can lock teh pci/agp while overclocking ur fsb. want 2 do some reading...

boards having the intel845G or sis645DX work great with overclocking not to mention price too.

setting FSB to 133 will boost the 1.6A to 2.1 already but since you have ddr333 you would want to achieve an FSB of 166 getting the 1.6A to an amazing 2.7

yeah...you'll read a really lucky cpu plus a lot of exotic cooling if you want your willamette P4 1.6 to reach 2.1 or even 2.7.

The ASUS P4S-533 is a good board for your P4.

Ingat ka sa AMD rig mo, that board is not built for overclocking.

Which motherboard using Intel chipset is the best for P4 Northwood?

The Intel 845G was mentioned above... but which motherboard brands that use that chipset are stable, reliable and available locally? Also, what about the Intel 845E chipset -- isn't it the only difference between the G and the E is that the G contains onboard graphics; and if you're going to use a non-onboard video card, wouldn't it be better to just get the i845E?  comments please?

there's epox4G4A at pc-options. good overclocker.it has a pci/agp lock so you can overclock your fsb w/o worrying ur pci and agp. also, if you'll just read the link, somebody got 2.6Mhz from a 1.6a. now that's what you'd call big bang for the buck.
