My usual ping time of 150ms to the same server a month ago has now gone up to 220ms

download speed has also been affected.

well their usual loophole is that the speed is UP TO whatever speed you have so anything lower than that is acceptable. sucks, really

those are exactly the same symptoms I had before they put me in a different port.  When you call up a csr, ask them to get a tech from your CO (Central Office) to call you.  Tapos sabihin mo kung puwede niya itry ilipat sa ibang port.

Or just downgrade to the 999 plan.  your getting the speeds of that plan anyway.

just got back in manila.... mydsl is sluggish... downloads dont even exceed 150KBps anymore tsk2.

wala pa rin nagbabago. 6 months na pending yung conversion nung account ko from 384kbps to 832kbps. kaya sa monday papa cancel ko na DSL ko. good job talga digitel. :angry:

For almost a week, I have trouble connecting to internet with my dsl.  Finally, yesterday my dsl was restored. The only problem is I was only getting 8-100kbps of my supposedly 1Mbps PLDT DSL plan. This morning I called again the tech support to report the sluggish connection. This afternoon until now (1AM) I am getting 1200+kbps on my bandwidth tests on speedtest.net and pldt play bandwidth test, far above my highest bandwidth before at just ~800-900kbps. I'm hoping that this bandwidth increase will last. ^_^

my plan 3k dsl now has a download speed of only 120KBps max... where it used to be 200KBps... naka ilang tawag na ako pldt wala pa rin. baka cancel ko na lang to kng may globelines dito.

after 6 months of waiting, digitel finally got its act together and upgraded my account to 832/256 BUT browsing is still slow as heck

im still on the 58.xx.xx.xxx connection but speed is up to 1702 down and 673 up.  im happy with this na.

pinaputol ko na yung plan 999 ko.  sa torrent i was getting 93 Kbps.  Am now on plan 990 (yung may kasamang phone line.  nasa 43 kbps.

I got disconnected around 3PM last Friday...with the DSL light blinking for about 3 minutes.

When the connection was restored, I tested my speed using speedtest.net... my ping time improved from an average of 250ms to 150ms.
download speeds remained the same but my upload speed went down to 350kbps.

now, I can no longer watch youtube videos without having to pause the player to give the stream time to download.
