After calling 172 to report my "slowdown" last week, a PLDT technician just called me again to check if my connection is ok again. I told him that it was running but I wasn't getting the same bandwidth I was getting before I left for abroad last April 4.
He then told me that according to something, I'm really supposed to get 1 mbps only and that it is already fast. He then mentioned a lot of terms such as NGN, etc. Gusto ko nga sabihin kaagad na wag nya akong bolahin kasi hindi ako tanga na tulad ng ibang subscribers.
He then proceeded to show me a document stating that I'm on the myDSL professional but with only 1 mbps. If this is the case, i will just have to terminate my connection and check if myDestiny would give me a better connection for 1/3 the cost
