Usually diba meron na agad allotment para sa SIP? Pero sa bpiexpressonline pwede din doon palitan, other services/credit card services/reallocation.

As much as possible, go for straight payment dahil minsan medyo mataas patong kapag installment. Minsan halos 2k din dagdag, pero dipende parin sa store at item.

if it's 0%, go for installment.

straight payment = full amount charged sa card = full amount payable upon due date, if not paid in full, interest!!!

yup, you have to pay in full para walang finance charge sa susunod na bill mo. May minimum amount na pwedeng bayaran, pero you will incur a finance charge for the whole 30k on your next bill.

Kapag installment (let's say 6 months yung 30k), then yung macharcharge lang is 5k every month.

Necro Post:
Ano din pala pag yung store meron straight payment option, ano difference doon sa mga 6/12 months installment?
Tenks!

All stores who accept CCs should do both straight and installment payments... you can actually report to the card company any store who refuses to honor installment options for your purchases but as nitsuj said, installment options often add exorbitant interests (I actually don't understand why some stores refuse installment options when they get paid in full by the card company regardless of whether the customer opted for straight or installment payments).

As already pointed out, straight payment means paying the full amount charged to the credit card on the next due date. And installment means dividing the purchase price into several equal amounts (usually 3, 6, 12 or 18 months). The trick is to take advantage of zero % interest promos whenever they're available.

Keep in mind though that the full amount is always deducted from your card's credit limit whether you opted for straight or installment... some CC companies keep the deducted balance of the full purchased amount until the last installment is paid, while others do diminishing balances.

I would also advise to get the credit card/bank where-in you have a deposit or is doing constant business. it would be easier to solve any problems w/c arises.

I now have BPI Blue credit card.  Satisfied with the service and perks but still looking for better offers.  Anyone knew other cards that can offer more perks/promos?  Ex:  Citibank have a cashback for electric bills etc.

dont ever pay just the minimum payable amount, always pay the billed charge for the month to avoid the finance charges.

then again, lets say you missed a couple of months of paying, and just paid the minimum amount; if you already have the cash to be able to pay everything else on the account, try to do so and you can request the credit card company to waive off all your finance charges, including the ones you are being billed for, even those you paid already.

I have two types of credit card with this bank, and due to good credit standing, not only did they increase my limit from time to time, they waived the annual fee for both cards forever.

Enroll your ATM card to BPI Express online, tapos kung same name yung ATM mo sa Credit Card mo ma-enroll mo dun sa bill payment ng account mo. Tapos pwede ka na magbayad.

Saken pati citibank ko dun ko sa BPI ATM ko binabayaran, kaso for other banks na card, you have to enroll either sa bank mismo or kiosks sa malls. You need to fill out a form pa kasi.

pwede.  dati i use my bpi credit card to pay the bill for my other card, then use the atm to pay for the bpi credit card bill.  for bills consolidation,  para naka schedule lang sa isang araw per month ang mga babayaran ko.

magandang deal yan.  babayaran mo lang charges na ginamit mo talaga without penalties.  ang alam ko may gumagawa talaga ng ganyan.  siguro ang dapat mo gawin ay humingi ng document releasing you from any further claims.  i have heard people getting deals like that
