im planning to change my ISP from PLDT to smart bro or bayantel.
im in nova, q.c.
can anyone pls help me which is better smart bro or bayantel, here in nova, q.c.?

Ask your immediate neighbors who are subscribers. Malaki ang Novaliches (it straddles between 2 cities after all).

2 of them has the same speed.
its a globe budget bundles, 375kbps

I don't use PLDT's DNS servers...

The public DNS servers with the fastest response time for PLDT Fibr are:

1.1.1.1
1.0.0.1
8.8.4.4
8.8.8.8
