Gonna be a weird re-ordering of things if the next big bad is Galactus.
I guess it kinda fits though considering MCU Thanos is severely depowered compared to comic book Thanos.
MCU Thanos didn't even shoot cosmic blasts from his hands lol.

I think, from the hints we've been given so far, the next big bad is gonna be either Kang the Conqueror or Annihilus.

Endgame time travel shennanigans could have disrupted Kang's plans, so he goes back in time to confront the Avengers. maybe the future Avengers will show up too.

In Doctor Strange (and apparently Spiderman Far from Home) it is said that there exists a multiverse, and one of them could be the Negative Zone. Annihilus could use the disrupted timeline as an entrance to their universe.

Galactus is such an overwhelming threat that perhaps they should introduce the Xmen and Fantastic Four first before they confront him. Hints of Galactus could be dropped in an upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy (or is it Asguardians of the Galaxy?) film.

Other baddie makes sense. Problem with Galactus is that Fantastic Four flopped so hard people have mostly forgotten about their movies. Evans even managed to get himself re-cast in the same universe lol

I think CGI needs to get a *lot* better before they try any movies featuring the Fantastic Four again.

gotta agree. great action scenes and lots of (well-placed) humor.

i haven't seen that yet so i can't give an opinion. time travel mechanics still suck for Endgame, though, in terms of not giving any real consequence for messing up with time.

maybe the effects will be hinted in post credit scenes.

i just took a look at the MCU upcoming movies list, and it seems GotG 3 is the only one i look forward to. the Eternals seem interesting, but i need more details before deciding on whether or not i'd watch it.

that's quite a long break for me.

In summary, Endgame could have been a better movie had those 3 hours been utilized more by introducing more tension, more hard decisions and more spectacular fights.

and captain marvel is sooo meehh.. late sa lahat ng event :D
Rick "rolled" Astley would never :
- Give you up
- Let you down
- Run around and desert you
- Make you cry
- Say goodbye
- Tell a lie and hurt you

well, the Xmen will eventually appear in the MCU, which is good, but what worries me is that because of their recent push for diversity and representation we'll get Icegay from the comics (young Xmen were brought to the present, young Jean Grey told young Bobby he's gay, and so he went open) instead of the classic cool Iceman.

I give Spiderman: Far From Home a 7.5/10.

I must admit that at first I wanted to see it because I was curious to know how the MCU is after Endgame, not for the movie itself. Endgame disappointed me, so I didn't have high expectations of Far from Home.

I was pleasantly surprised I found myself laughing the antics of Peter and his friends. Them being a bunch of high school kids reminded me of my own youth, back when I was still thin and fast -- oh wait. I am still thin and fast. Anyway, yes, memories of years past did flood by mind, which made me appreciate the movie all the more.

About the only major flaw I could say about the movie is that the villain was not that compelling, but does have ties to the past and future of the MCU. I'll just leave it cryptic to not spoil anything else.

I even got past my prejudice against MJ whom I thought was just there to satisfy political correctness but instead I found her quite a likeable character.

Overall, I enjoyed the movie and made me more hopeful about the future of the MCU. Maybe just a bit.

also, do note that there's a mid credits and post credits scene so do not leave the cinema right after.
