i'm planning to subscribe to DSL but i want to ask for your feedback first about DSL. especially does guys from marikina, cainta and antipolo. i'm from antipolo do you think its advisable to go DSL or just a waste of money.

I just had my PLDT DSL connection a few weeks ago, and so far its been good my 128 connection is almost 3 times faster than my old dialup , my download speeds are up to 15kbps plus decent surfing speed while downloading,

i was calling pldt for about 3 days now and theres nobody answering for the DSL tech support... must be bad luck or something that im always left listening to the already annoying "in waiting" tunes..
i wanted to ask how to check my email.. coz i 4got

If you seldom/rarely use the internet, then DSL is not for you else go for it coz its worth it!

one more thing pwede ba ko magsetup ng mail server connection ko lang 128kb? or i need faster connection.

edit:  how about those guys from marikina or antipolo kamusta DSL nyo ok ba connection sa area natin or

Tol, ang problema mo sa mail server ay kailangan static at public yung ip niya.  Kailangan din na may router ka na may DMZ or ip forwarding.  Kahit 128k ka lang, eat the fence yan sa usage and volume ng mails mo.

hmmm... kaylangan ko pa ba ng additional hardware para lang sa mail server? at ang dsl may option naman kung static or dynamic diba? papanong public? enlighten me naman
