CNETpro 200 PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter

I'm about to setup PROXY SERVER, someone name kuwapang is helping me now. but i'm rush to finish the server this week end so i need more of you to help me.

i'm using REDHAT 7.1, already install. i have two network interface card the one is realtek

Do you happen to know the chipset of that card ? You could try loading the modules one by one until one is loaded successfully. Go to /lib/modules/. This will only work if you build your network devices as modules in  your kernel. Another method is to ena

the cnet pro200 cards use the davicom drivers (dmfe.o) which is in the kernel.

look for the file dmfe.o in the modules directory. load it. kung wala, then you need to recompile the kernel/modules so that you have the davicom net drivers working. use `dmesg` and/or `lsmod` to confirm if drivers have been loaded. you know what to do n

Since you're a newbie, try reading up the HOWTO's on http://www.linuxdoc.org. It contains a wealth of info on Linux configuration,etc...... Good luck ....
