try running a higher voltage. i'm thinking your overclock might not be stable.

Right, what voltage do you suggest?, Also the devider is on 1/3 or 35, do I need to make it higher, or that's fine?

35 mhz PCI bus speed is quite fine (tolerance speaking). But if you can run it higher then that's good as well (the FSB, I mean).
As for voltage, the rule of thumb is to keep going up until it gets stable (or until it gets too hot).

Louie, thanks pare, I will try 1.85 coz I have tried 1.75 and it didn't work, I will try again and let you know =)

Blast from teh past lol!
Also remember the super overclocked Pentium 700s on Intel 815. Those were very fast! Faster pa than Athlons even though the Athlon had a DDR bus and RAM. I think I got one to 980MHz on an ASUS CUSL2. 140MHz FSB!
