I got an @pldtdsl.net when I first subscribed to PLDT DSL around 5 years ago. Although I rarely use it, I check it once in a long while. (Typically my main use for the @pldtdsl.net email account is to email them service complaints before, which was more frequent during the 1st 2 years of my DSL subscription. So far, my PLDT DSL connection has sort of improved when it changed from the old POTS to the newer NGN line, thus requiring less email complaints.)
Anyway, I was just about to check my PLDTDSL.Net email account, and was surprised that I couldn't log in. (invalid username/password).
I then tried emailing my @pldtdsl.net email address from my normal Yahoomail account -- and the email bounced back, indicating my @pldtdsl.net email address isn't valid.
I was surprised by this, fortunately I hadn't really been using the PLDT DSL email account for anything else other than above purpose. But if I had, then it would be really poor to have an email account suddenly deleted!
I have called up PLDT to inform about my invalid pldtdsl.ent email account, and they mentioned that my email account doesn't exist! (to think that I have used it for already 5 years -- although very rarely used). They offered to recreate a new email account (the exact same email address as the one I had for years).
Anyone had the same experience?
