if the previous owner didn't maintain the car you'll need to replace a lot of belts and probably busted suspension bushings

anong generation ng Sentra? perhaps it already has a timing chain? that's one heavy worry off your shoulders, if ever.

@slide

member po ako nung hcp website.  i have a problem posting topics there.  it seems they have a minimum requirement on topic creation.  do you know where and how many i need to post?  have a few questions about my honda.
if it's a first car,  buy a more recent model para less maintenance hassles.  pricey yata ang 255k for the base model civic of that generation.

you may want to check http://z3.invisionfree.com/HCP

same here.. recently I've registered on that site..
validation is done. but Errr.. can't even reply to any topic nor create a new thread  :angry:

also car hunting mode here.. :lol:
B> 99' Civic LXi/VTi

IIRC may minimum post requirement before you can create a new thread.  try emailing the admin and posting on the other threads (except the buying/selling ones) first at mag-ipon ng posts

i think its not mainatined kasi sobrang mura ang benta.

Apporximately:

Repaint= P30k
Tires= P3k a piece

The rest hindi ka naman nag-elaborate kung ano problema. Wiper motor or blades? Broken glass or doors? Pawis steering? Baka stock naman talaga na pawis steering yan.

BTW, learn.
glasses are still ok, doors sira ang pag open, pati ang window, wiper sa driver side lang ang gumagana,sorry i mean to say sa pawis stearing ay mabigat sa left side.

whoah. Akala ko aesthetic problem lang. Mukhang malaking gastos yan. Perhaps P100k.

ah. yung unang lumabas na Sentra pala. it's in bad shape.

hmmm kung 100k rin lang ang gastos, might be better to just get a 1st gen Mazda 323.

i was expecting this, na rather buy another 2nd hand car with the price of cost for repairs hehehe. tried to tell my mom to just return it but she still insisted. she's planning on spending 30-40k max.

kahit na hindi mukhang brandnew basta malinis lang tignan kaya ba ang 30-40k?

told her id rather use my scooter than drive that thing hehehe.

and thanks for the quick and honest reply's ^^

hmmm... mukhang malaking gastusin yan i suggest start with the engine, suspension, brakes, tires, aircon, interior(sidings) and lights(head & tail). kapag good/safe running conditon na siya saka mo na problemahin yung paint and other aesthetics.

I really like the new Camry.  Aurion, I think, is a model one step above Camry.  Re: Aurion "sport", pwede yan dito sa pinas.  I mean get a Camry then get body kits from Concept One or other "pimp my ride" shops in the metro.

Check out 2007 Camry US version.  Mas maganda yung Aurion-design Camry natin dito.

Soon to rise: 2008 Honda Accord.  Mukhang Camry.  May ilalaban na sa looks.  :)

Funny. Are they trying to shut up everyone who uses that BMW vs. Honda analogy? lol!

OT: mas gusto ko yung pointy nose styling ng older Accord compared to the pics above.  Ngayon mahirap na idistinguish sa Camry. blech.

Million Euro Car:

The Lamborghini Reventon, a car that matches the Bugatti Veyron in terms of price tag (sadly, not performance). It is said Lamborghini looked at the F-22 Raptor as inspiration to the remodelling of the Murcielago. Lamborghini = King of the Hyper Cars  :lol:
