wala pang K6-2 300 by 1996. Lumabas siya during the release of PII 300MHz during mid 97

Athlon was first released july 99. Duron followed around Feb 2000 during the release of the first Socket A Athlons as a budget AMD processor.

matagal nang wala sa akin yan eh. sold it before buying the 1GHz Tbird.

Huhuu! 1GHz Tbird costs P17K before (first rare release in the Phil) and sold it to Hogtied for only P4K a year later.

schadow1, you upgrade the processor every few months?! Isn't it there's generally little difference between, say, a 1ghz vs 1.2ghz vs 1.33ghz?

I prefer upgrading when there's a pretty big difference in speed. (Based on my actual upgrade, it seems my upgrade occurs when there's approximately a 7x speed increase compared to my previous processor):

1986/12: 6502 @1.023mhz   (Apple ][+ clone)

1989/11: 80286-12mhz

1992/11: 80486DX-33mhz

1997/5: Pentium MMX 166mhz

2002/9: Pentium-4  1.80A ghz
