since I got this new electric cooker that heats up on both side & discovered this smoked/ salted pork & watched a few videos of Dr. Sten Ekberg, I'm back to cooking my own poods 

broccoli is one of the boring & hard to swallow veggy but since i've stir fried it with that salted pork, which taste like bacon/ ham, & sprinkled it with cheese it was a different ballgame!

I also have one of those mini slicer/ grater that's powered by USB, so now I always have a handful of grated Garlic

with a dash of Colavita!



stir frying got more exciting & fried rice is much better using this cooker



Now sourcing larou or chinese salted meat locally, any ideas? saw some YT vids on how to make them & i'm not to keen on doing it lol
