Forum front page

Anybody else noticed that the forum front page does not refresh properly? I've noticed this since Saturday.

Asrock z77 Extreme6

The forum main page doesn't update when I refresh it, but all the rest work fine. I only experienced this since a few days ago.
I'll observe on my mobile if it does the same.

It seems the refresh page is working properly again after the downtime.

Might be related to some sort of caching on the sever side?
