Some guys are not able to log into Tapatalk. What version are you using?

Double checked permissions and tested once more on my Samsung S3 and I'm able to see threads and notifications fine. I'm on version 4.8.3.

I don't  know what you did but I can log in with tapatalk now. Thanks!

I'm also on 4.8.3.

Great. What I did was to redo the permissions on the files to 755. The install guide doesn't say to do that but the installation itself mentions changing permissions. I double checked and saw them on 666. Let me know if it still doesn't work for anyone.

I updated to Tapatalk 7.1.2(964) on Android.

Next thing I know pinoypc is no longer in the list of Groups. Searching for "pinoypc", "pinoy pc", or "pinoypc forum" yielded no results.

Any idea what happened?

I've not been in Android for months. I'll have to install Tapatalk and find out.

The problem is apparently at my end. I already reverted to an older Tapatalk version and I still couldn't find pinoypc. I'll try restoring from my app backup.

Wala na nga ang PPC sa Tapatalk. It started last week, when I could no longer log in, then now the PPC page would not load.

Ok, glad you confirmed that it's not just me. I was beginning to wonder what the heck went wrong with my phone as I already restored a known working app backup. The app still had PPC on its list upon first load but then disappeared again after I logged in.

Spoke too soon. tapatalk just updated, and now Pinoypc is no longer listed. Searching also yields nothing.

I just got pinoypc back on Tapatalk!

I went into my Tapatalk profile, accessed "My Posts" then opened one of my previous posts.

Pinoypc showed up with the FOLLOW button.

Yeah got it back. My procedure was different though. I found a PPC thread in the Trending Posts, tapped it, then followed it and boom its back.

Ok. Problem is, PPC disappears everytime you leave Tapatalk and you have to do the whole thing over again.

It seems to happen only if you sign out. Mine doesn't sign out when I leave the app so it stays in my list of groups.

Updated Tapatalk and, yeah, this is happening now.

It's like PPC doesn't "remember" logins anymore. Same is true from the browser. I check the keep-me-logged-in box but I still need to enter my credentials after leaving and going back after a few hours.

Another observation.

When I use mobile data (Globe), PPC stays on Tapatalk. When I use my pldt dsl at home, I lose ppc as soon as I close Tapatalk.

Anyways, I've gotten used to logging in every time I access ppc.
