Don't count on it. APPS2SD is the function that lets you move some of the data to an external storage.

However, only part of the program is moved. and only apps that are coded for it will work with apps2sd. I'm guessing only the data files (i.e. game levels, sound effects, etc.) are moved, and the actual program files remain. Which would make apps2sd barely useful if your apps are mostly utilities. Facebook, photoshop, yahoo messenger, for example, can't be moved.

Lemme see what i have on my archos. Just as a sample, i'll list the apps starting with 'A'

Android Comic Viewer
-646KB
-Does not support apps2sd

Adobe Flash Player 10.1
-10.81MB
-Does not support apps2sd

Aldiko
-5.68MB
-Does not support apps2sd

AndroZIP
-0.8MB
-430KB remaining after apps2sd

Angry Birds
-16.02MB
-1.88MB remaining after apps2sd

AppsLib
-3.31MB
-Does not support apps2sd

Better than nothing.

Just got a Motorola Milestone for xmas. Yes it's old (c. 2009), but I wanted the hardware keyboard, the big screen and it's a lot cheaper than the Desire Z. It's got a lot of users and an active developer community, it's been out long enough that most custom FW are now stable. Also I like that it's thin, solid and feels like my old Ericsson R320.

Upgraded it to CyanogenMod for Froyo goodness and overclock.

Cons: Small internal storage, absolutely needs app2sd

have you figured out how to transfer apps from phone to sd? you can do that from settings then applications.
I should put something smart or silly here.

Received a Galaxy S as a Christmas present -- already Froyo + rooted it.

Installed LauncherPro --w00t ang bilis compared to Samsung TwLauncher.

Guys -- noob question. panu pumili ng WiFi Access Point sa Android Phones? Halimbawa nakaconnect ka na - panu kung gusto mo kumonnect sa ibang AP?

Ginagawa ko kasi, enable-disable Wifi -> tas antay yung Pop-up. Wala bang ibang intuitive way?

@DarkSide, goto Settings >Wireless&Networks > Wifi Settings

I set Wifi Settings to a shortcut on my sliding dock, for easy access
