Wow. Pretty much if the world ends you just need to hole up in a CD-R King branch lol.

Mounted this with my phone just below the mirror. Run OSMAnd+ and now I have a decent car GPS navigation.

^What phone do you have? Looking for a decent one for my S3. Bought a cheap one from Blade but the suction doesn't hold the S3's weight for whatever reason.

^^^I am using my old Xperia SP. This phone is quite heavy because of the aluminium frame. I like it GPS locks quite quickly. The holder that I bought has strong suction. I purposely left it on the windshield under the sun to see if the rubber softens but it didn't. There is a lever to pull the suction cup. But it does not easily release the suction if I unlock the lever.

Added Mighty bond instant glue to the back frame because it easily separates from the stem.

Cool! Does the box give you any indication on what product it is? I'll try looking for that same holder

I'm using the same mount... you need to push down on the cradle until you hear a click. I also thought it was loose because of poor build, turns out it was just not in the "locked" position.

Too bad I probably didn't push down hard enough to lock it firmly. Alam mo na with CDRKing products, you can't press too hard at baka mabasag lang.

^I've seen that discussed in other forums as it can be used as a dashcam. Comment is that it's a knockoff of the SJ4000 which is in turn a clone of the gopro. The CDRKing version uses the cheaper sunplus chipset versus the novatek on the SJ4000. Better to pay a bit more and get the SJ4000 than buy this one.

BTW here's a comparison of the SJ4000 vs GoPro: http://youtu.be/EASnXTyRYE8

Stepped into 2 nearby cdrking branches just to browse if there's anything interesting and/or new.  Found nothing. None of the usual long line of customers either.
