I've tried using Xoom , and it was a headache fitting everything together (wrong account name- daw? -, problem with cc of client etc) but it finally worked, hassle ngalang sa mga client yung mag signup pa sila (plus may additional fee pa). On the otherhand, when it works, its very very convenient to use.

just got this in my inbox (verified by Yahoo as coming from paypal):

Quote
New! Withdraw Your Funds to Your Philippine Bank Account

Now you can add your Philippine bank account to your PayPal account, so you can withdraw your money directly to your bank. It saves you time and gives you faster access to your PayPal funds!

Plus, there is no charge to withdrawal amounts over PHP 7000*. So go ahead and add your bank account today!

there's a link to http://www.ebay.ph/bankwithdrawal but Ebay's blocked at the office :(

Anyone who can confirm this?

Anyone who has successfully withdrawn their cash?

Cheers

guys paano malalaman ang exchange rate na gamit ng paypal?

Xoom user ako, pero kung mas malaki exchange rate nila ang less hassle, I might as well switch.
shit happens.

Almost forgot to update you guys.

The funds I withdrew was posted on my Metrobank account after 4 days. I was charged just P76.70. Had I withdrawn the funds to my Unionbank account, it would have been free.

About 2% less than XE.com's rate

Hi! It's not totally free kung below 7k ata yung wiwithdraw-hin mo from Paypal. Pero compared to Metrobank, EON will only charge you P50. Hehe.
