Been having issues with my steering wheel stalk.- high beam often won't lock when I pull the lever. I need to push it inwards then pull for it to lock.
- windshield wipers sometimes won't change mode (intermittent to normal speed to high speed).

At first I thought it was because of oxidation on the contacts since it sat idle too long during the pandemic but I've been using it daily for the past half year and it still hasn't improved.

 Can this be fixed or does it require replacement?
How much does it typically cost to replace the whole assembly?

Hi,


I enjoyed and learned a lot about PC and tech in general reading this magazine, I totally forgot its name. It was local from Philippines and was reading them fromm say 1996 to 2000. The only thing I can remember was its name start with letter "S".


Does anyone remember it?
