Apple's Activation Lock is such a PITA...

Couldn't remember any of the answers to the security questions, and no rescue e-mail so I cannot retrieve the password!

Truth is, I set up the AppleID thinking I'll never have to reset this iPad so I didn't answer the security questions truthfully.

Already called up Apple support and the best they can do is make me answer at least 1 of the security questions.

Forget about presenting a proof of purchase as this was handed down from a relative who lives in Japan.

Does anyone know where I can get this thing hacked?

I Had the same experience a few years ago with a certain account a few years ago, good thing I can just make another account (but the progress I have on that account is all lost), after that I always put in the security question anything I sign on to lastpass.

anyway to your problem, I believe even the FBI and CIA had problems accessing an apple account of a killed terrorist, so it will be difficult on your part.

Aww crap. Last time I performed a restore on an Apple device was on an iPhone 5 and Activation Lock didn't exist back then (or perhaps it wasn't locked to the Apple ID) . Looks like I'll be spending holy week talking to Apple support until i get the password reset...

I hope the year brings better time. Just this month my wife suffers a miscarriage and now my father-in-law passes away.

They took out "View Image" after an agreement with Getty Images. Look for an add-on to restore functionality to your browser (know for sure someone has made it for Chrome and Firefox).

To get the proper image instead of Google's low-res cached one you want to View Image first, then right click/Save As from there.

thinking if i should let go of the Canon 50/1.4 due to inconsistency...but it does make pretty interesting photos when it gets things right...and it is my fastest lens in the kit.
